Fire Door Inspections

Fire door inspections are essential to ensure their proper functioning and maintain fire resistance. In residential buildings over 11 metres, flat entrance doors must be checked annually, and fire doors in common areas — quarterly. In all other areas they should be risk assessed and checked at least annually, Areas with a high footfall may require 6 monthly checks e.g hospitals.
